A great rye bread with fruit, seeds and coconut that is made especially for toasting. This is a great recipe because it is really adaptable on what additions you add. You can add pretty much any fruit, seeds, nuts and even spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom if you would rather flavor it with them instead of the caraway seeds. I love rye bread and toasted with real butter is one of my favorite ways to eat it. I even like it with nut butters spread on it.
