Homemade Sugarfree Cinnamon Apple Jelly

I have a lot of apple jam recipes in my collection but the only apple jelly I have is one for mint apple jelly that goes with lamb. I never make it because I don’t make lamb but I keep the recipe just in case. This one though I am going to make because it just sounds delicious and there is no sugar in it. Honey is used instead of sugar and then only apple and cinnamon so it is a very simple 3 ingredient recipe and it will make 5 half pints of cinnamon apple jelly. The jelly is water bath canned so it can go right onto the pantry shelf. This would be so good on biscuits or even a peanut butter sandwich. Yumm, Old World Garden Farms shares this recipe and I can’t wait to make some.
