Homemade Tasty Beef Jerky Recipe

The recipe that I use:

3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1  teaspoon chili powder

1 cup Ketchup

Mix ingredients thoroughly, add meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

The longer you dehydrate the meat, the tougher and chewier it will be.  I like my beef jerky to be a major chewing event (LOL) – 15 minutes per piece.
