Surviving the outdoors isn’t just about knowing how to defend yourself from creatures and what berries are safe to eat. Surviving means finding shelter and food, but also water. This is something often overlooked by people because of the fact that it’s not hard to do, if you’re in the right place.
However, it’s arguable that you have to know how to find water if you’re not immediately by a water source. You’re not going to last more than three days without water, generally, so you’re going to have to find some. Any tips are helpful when you’re trying to find something that can save your life.
Trust me, knowing this can make all the difference on a serious camping trip. Just the littlest tips and clues can lead you in the right direction, and the right direction means easier survival. You never know when you might need it.
