A grappling hook is a device with multiple hooks is attached to a rope then is thrown, dropped, sunk, projected, or fastened directly by hand to where at least one hook may catch and hold. They may also be used to dredge for submerged objects.

A grappling hook can be very useful around the homestead or really anywhere for that matter. However, finding a good one might not be as easy as you would think. So the next best thing to do would be to make one for yourself.

This DIY project only really works for someone who happens to have a CNC router in their shop.

This Do It Yourself project was designed perfectly for anyone who has a CNC machine already or has access to one. All the information, including a short video, is presented in a way that makes it really easy to understand.
