Carrots
Leeks
Onions
Garlic
Celery

Directions:
Grate all your vegetables.
Place them on your dehydrator and dry until crisp ( 135 degrees.)
Let your vegetables cool then grind them.
Store in a mason jar with a saltine cracker in the jar.
Use in soups, sauces, gravies…. it important to increase your food storage.
* I save all my vegetable scraps and put them in the food dehydrator … waste not – want not.
Be creative in your combinations, you can never go wrong.
I sometimes add dried citrus peels to my mixes.
