Have you noticed that store bought hamburger buns don’t mold? I don’t know how that can not happen but I think I will pass and make these from now on. The last pack of buns we didn’t finish got moved behind something and not found for for 2 weeks. They smelled sour but not a single speck of mold, kinda scary.
