I found this post for making a local anesthesia by Ralph P. on Modern survival online. He tells how in a shtf scenario when you would have to provide your own dental or medical treatment that you would probably want some to help with the pain.
I am no scientist nor am I a doctor so I would probably be to afraid of making this myself but for folks that would be interested I thought I would share the link. If you decide to try this please do your research to get it right.
