What I really like about them is that you can make a whole bunch and bake some then and just put the lids on the others and freeze till you want to bake some again.
I like when I can make a recipe work multiple times. Less time in the kitchen. I do this with spaghetti sauce, chili and the like as well, so next time I just thaw and heat and it saves me time.
