Juicing is a simple way to get get all the vitamins and nutrients from a handful of fruits and vegetables quickly. If you don’t have a juicer then use your blender but you may have to add water or another form of liquid…. it will be chunky and called a Smoothie. Who cares what it is called as long as you get to drink some healthy nutrients.
Recipe 1# – Sweet Morning Start:
1/2 cup Strawberries, 1/4 cup Spinach and one peeled Orange
Recipe 2# – Chase Away Hunger:
2 Celery stalks plus it’s leaves, one peeled Banana and big handful of blueberries
Recipe 3# – Jump Starter:
One peeled Orange, 1/2 a peeled Cucumber and 2 cleaned Carrots
Recipe 4# – Sweet & Green:
1/4 cup Spinach, one whole Grapefruit and one cored green Apple
Experiment and customize juicing recipes to your taste buds and how it makes you feel. These recipes are suggestions, so feel free to adjust them to your liking.
It took me about 3 days of juicing when I first started before to felt energized.
Nowdays, if I miss 3 or 4 days with out juicing up a glass of fruit and vegetables my body feels run down and my brain gets sort of foggy.

Here is a small list of the ways to use the pulp:
Dehydrate it to create a seasoning salt mixture
Create a salad – throw in some dried cranberries, walnuts and cheese with the pulp.
Freeze the pulp into popsicles
Add pulp to an omelet (saves you having to chop vegetables)
