Nice tutorial on making kale powder by Mom with a prep. If you have blanched and frozen kale till your freezer is bursting and you have made a tone of kale chips but you still have more kale. Try this idea to be able to store and use it later.
I love kale and I have never had any luck finding it frozen in the grocery stores so I like to grow my own and I do freeze it and we love kale chips and I use it fresh in soups and salads but I love this idea as well. Once you have made your powder you can sprinkle some into soup or stews or salad or pretty much where ever you want to sprinkle a spoon of super healthy kale.
