I love lasagna, a lot. I always make a pan for Christmas because everyone else loves my lasagna too and have come to expect it that day. I have never seen one made like this though. I am so planning to try it. The food in my beard has made it in a deep bowl and instead of just layers of sauce,cottage cheese and mozzarella like mine, he has layers of alfredo, then a layer of pesto and the tomato sauce as well and it looks absolutely delicious.
I can’t wait to make and taste this version of one of my favorite dishes.
