The latest issue of From Scratch is available. I like this digital magazine because it is a quick read yet it has some good info. Plus its free and who doesn’t like free. This issue covers a broad range of things. They have an article on foraging with a recipe for nettle risotto. One on drawing beneficial insects to your garden with plants, they tell you which plants attract which insect.
There is one on homeschooling and one with loads of recipes for homemade cleaners. Then they have a recipe for kale kraut that I may try since I always grow kale and it sounds interesting. I would never have thought of making kraut out of kale. They always have some good stuff in the magazine and if you want to see more of it you can subscribe to get the latest news from them. You can also see past free issues. They cover various topics and I enjoy reading them. Here are some of the topics you will find in their magazines.
