A grey water water recycling DIY system project is an excellent way to frugally reuse the water you already pay by using it twice. Grey water is water that goes down a sink, a washing machine or a bath tub but never a toilet. Toilet water is considered black water because it has urine and fecal matter in it. Grey water that is collected can be used to water trees, bushes, gardens and a lawn.
