Lemon Curd Sweet Roll on a Skewer

I have had this recipe bookmarked for over a year and I have actually made these 5 or 6 times in that year. If you love lemon like I do you have just got to try these sweet rolls on a skewer from Larks Country Heart. They are so so yummy. I usually double the recipe and they still are gone in  two days.
