Low carb slow cooker spaghetti squash and meatballs is the perfect dish to make. For anyone that is busy and wants to come home to a dinner ready to serve. This is also perfect for folks on low carb diets or anyone that is trying to add more vegetables to the family menus. A super easy to make dish if you use frozen meatballs and store bought sauce. But even more flavorful if you have a favorite homemade meatball recipe and home canned sauce.

The spaghetti squash is cooked right in the slow cooker until time to serve and then you pull the spaghetti out of the peel and then top with the sauce and meatballs and dinner is served. Even kids would eat this because one the spaghetti is covered with sauce and meatballs they won’t even notice that the spaghetti is a vegetable. I wash You Dry Shares this recipe. We love it made this way and I also brown ground beef or Italian sausage and make it this way using two jars of Alfredo sauce. I do add a half cup of water to thin it down just a bit. Sometimes I also add mushrooms.
It is also super easy and delicious. Using both methods you can actually have this easy recipe more often by switching back and forth between them. Such an easy dish to set up on your way out the door for the day, knowing dinner will be healthy and ready when you get home. No fast foods needed.
