If you eat a lot of sandwiches at your house here is a video from nwedible for making your own mayo. Such an easy thing to make yet how much tastier it is when it is fresh and it is really great to know what is in it. If you are worried about the egg you can find pasteurized eggs at the store or pasteurized it yourself, there are instructions on the web. I don’t worry about it because I am still not super leery of raw egg. I will still snatch a bite of raw cookie dough and eat homemade mayo.
