Buy in bulk, clean, peel, chop and dice fruits and veggies and assemble into multiple sandwich size zip lock bags. Place them in the freezer and take out when needed. Add one liquid ingredient when blending such as filtered water, coconut water, yogurt, juice, rice milk, ice or tea.

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1 Teaspoon of grated Ginger

  • 1 peeled Orange

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1 1/2 cup Pineapple
