We all love coke and different sodas and we wonder how could they make such a delicious drink with such a sweet taste. But, while the ingredients are top secret, we instead use it to create various creations by mixing it with other foods – like alcohol and Jell-O. To make this incredibly delicious dessert, get the following: onebottle of Coca-Cola (500 ml), 60g of unflavored gelatin, andsilicone mold.

First, pour one cup of coke into a small saucepan and boil it for five minutes. Pour a package of unflavored Jell-O into the boiling Coke and stir for two minutes until the Jell-O dissolves. If not dissolved, wait another two minutes. Once dissolved, pour one cup of cold Coke (and one cup of rum, if over 21 and spicing things up a bit) into the mix and stir.

Then, pour the mixture into shot glass mold. Usually, there will be two ounces of it into each shot glass or cup, but pour more depending on the size. Afterwards, place them in the fridge for two hours. Put the silicone mold on a cookie sheet before putting them in the fridge, as it will keep them from spilling when moving them.

After two hours, look at the shots; the mix should have congealed into a gelatin by then. If it hasn’t, allow the shots to sit in for another hour. Add any flavored décor, like whipped cream, and enjoy!
