I have to admit, I find these recycled tire planters charming, maybe it is my frugal nature shining through.  I am a huge fan of re-purposing and upcycling items that would have been heading for a landfill instead they have found a second chance at being a useful item.

Materials:

Old Tires

Spray paint (multiple colors)

Tools:

Jigsaw

pruning shears

Before anyone gets upset, I recommended that this plant stand is not really safe to grow fruits, vegetables or edible flowers in but could be great to grow decorative flowers within.
