Seafood Stew
Serves 4 to 6

2 carrots sliced
2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 ears of corn, cut in half
8 ounces clam juice
6 cups tomato juice
1 pound white fish like (snapper, cod, halibut), cut into large pieces
1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 pound clams or mussels
3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt and 1 of pepper
Cook carrots, garlic and corn in tomato juice and clam juice till carrots are almost tender. Add potatoes and cook till tender. Add fish, shrimp and clams or mussels. Cook until clams or mussels start opening. Turn off heat. Serve with hot crusty bread.
