Make Risotto In A Pressure Cooker In Under 20 Minutes

Yes under 20 minutes to make homemade piping hot risotto. If you usually make it on the stove then you know it can take almost an hour to make. Make it in the pressure cooker and you can be done eating in under an hour.Blog Corujas shares the instructions for cooking your risotto in the pressure cooker and they share their recipe for risotto with cabbage, broccoli and hake fillets. But you could use what ever you like to put in your risotto and have it on the table in a third of the time it usually takes. I like risotto but never want to make it because it takes so long. I will be making risotto in my pressure cooker from now on. I love my pressure cooker. You can take the toughest ( which is also the cheapest) cuts of meat and cook them in the pressure cooker and they will come out melt in your  mouth tender.  You can even cook frozen meat like chicken with bones and it will be cooked in under a half hour. I just never thought to make risotto in it.
