Make Your Own Room Divider or Privacy Screen

If you need a room divider, a little private area or you would like to hide some clutter behind and out of sight, make your own room divider or privacy screen and you can have it match your decor or theme. This is a neat way to make a room divider using hollow core doors. In the tutorial only three doors were used but you could add on more if you needed the divider to be larger.

I like the look of this on but I can also picture this painted and then posters on it in a teens room. The tutorial is from Apartment Therapy and it looks pretty easy to do. They have used a wallpaper to cover the doors but you could also paint them or cover them in fabric. It might be nice with the sides in a color or pattern and the middle panel painted with chalkboard paint.

There are so many ways you could finish these off and make them work where you want them. They even mentioned that it could be used as a headboard, I like that idea. I would also like them covered in cork with family photos hung on them. So many ways to make this diy project yours.
