While I am not sure this is the more rigid type pillow to relieve lumbar stress I love the way they look both on the bed and on a sofa. I really love the cream and green one on the green sofa, totally gorgeous. The patchwork pillow is lovely with bright spring colors and is a perfect pillow to brighten up any room from a kids bed or window seat to the bed in the master bedroom. It is nice to have the tutorial so you can make one in what ever color or materials you like. Make on for he bed in colors to suit the season you use it in and another for a little Christmas decor. Since you will be saving a good deal over buying one you will be able to make multiples.
