Food Storage and Survival website shares their method of dehydrating bananas.
My husband adores banana chips and I can never make enough to actually store them for any length of time. I do not use Fruit Fresh to keep them from browning though… I dip the cut banana slices into a lemon juice for just 2 seconds.
