BeveragesMargaritas By The Gallon

Margaritas By The Gallon

If you have folks over in the backyard a lot in the summer or if you spend a lot of time at campsites and you and your friends like margaritas you have come to the right place. Grab this recipe for making margaritas by the gallon and you can have them all ready to pour at your next party or camping trip. I love this recipe from Jeffrey Morgenthaler and use it a lot. The only thing I change and you can or you can make it exactly the way he gives the recipe but I leave out the triple sec because I don’t like it. Otherwise I use this exact recipe for making a gallon of margaritas. If you like your margaritas and have somewhere to plug in a blender you can just pour this over ice and blend for frozen margaritas. I will add a couple of add ins that I use when making margaritas by the gallon to make different flavored margaritas. The gallons look pretty lined up on the table with the different colors.

1. For Pomegranate margaritas. Add 2  cups pomegranate juice.
2. For Lavender Margaritas. Add 2 cups lavender simple syrup
3. For Watermelon Margaritas. Add 2 1/2 cups juiced watermelon
4. For Strawberry Margaritas. Add 2 1/2 cups juiced strawberries.
