Meatball Parmigiana Recipe

Try this meatball parmigiana recipe and fall in love with how easy it is to make and how delicious it is to eat. I made this tonight and we ate it on french bread as meatball bombers. Oh my goodness, I was amazed at how totally delicious these meatballs are. I think it is the mixture of meats instead of just ground beef. Since the recipe calls for baking the meatballs in the oven it was much easier and cleaner than having to cook them on the stove top plus they all got done while I was doing other stuff instead of batch cooking them so as not to squeeze them in a skillet. I am sure they would be good served over pasta rather than on the bread but we wanted bombers so next time maybe there will be pasta, probably not since we really loved the bombers.
