For folks that love cheesecake but don’t want to turn the oven on or for those that can’t eat eggs. This recipe for no-bake no-egg cheesecake is the perfect recipe. It is great for folks with allergies to eggs and for those with allergies to turning on the hot oven in the summer time. This cheesecake is put together and then popped right into the fridge.
You can eat it plain like it is or you can top it with fresh fruit or make a fruit sauce with the recipe provided. The recipe is shared by Mel’s Kitchen Cafe and I can’t wait to try this cheesecake. It sounds so simple to make and it looks amazing. My kids used to love chocolate chip cheesecake and I can no see why I couldn’t mix in some mini chocolate morsels or even some toffee bits. Oh yum, cheesecake with toffee bit mixed in. definitely the way I will make this the first time. Stir in some toffee bits and maybe add a little drizzle of salted caramel on top.
It would be great with fruit sauce too. This one will be on my table very soon. I love simple summer desserts that don’t take a lot of time or heat the whole house by needing the oven. Air conditioning is expensive enough I don’t need to pay more for running the oven.
