Freezer jam has always been a favorite way of making jam for me. I don’t mind canning jam but I think freezer jam retains more of the flavors of the fruit. It just tastes more like fresh to me. I used to make freezer jam when I was young, long before I worked up the nerve to can it. Still today I love freezer jam the best. I really can’t wait to make a batch or two of this strawberry peach jam with the recipe from Chef in training.
