No-Knead Oatmeal Bread

Looking at this picture of no-knead oatmeal bread, don’t you just want to tear off a chunk and devour it? I know I do. This recipe has oats and flour and whole wheat flour and brown sugar and butter in it and both looks and sounds delicious.

Alexandra Cooks shares the recipe and calls it toasting bread and while I think it would be good toasted I think I would like it not toasted as well. No bread machine needed and no kneading makes this one I am sure I will be baking often, for sure tomorrow because after seeing it, I want some and I can’t wait to try it.
