Ingredients:

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup peach syrup or cold water

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups peach fruit pulp

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 egg whites stiffly beaten

Directions:

~

1. Combine milk, lemon juice, peach syrup, and melted butter.

2. Add peach pulp and salt and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

3. Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until partially set. T

4. Turn into a chilled bowl and beat until smooth but not melted.

5. Return to refrigerator tray and freeze (about 3 hours).
