Make these orange bunny rolls a day or two ahead of time and you can offer them for breakfast or brunch on Easter. With the cardamom spice in them they are totally delicious, I love cardamom and it goes really well with the orange flavor. While these are great for Easter the flavor would be good any time, I think you could leave off the tails and just make the rolls into twists.
