Pain Relief Clothespin Ear Reflexology Method

This Pain Relief Clothespin Ear Reflexology Method is all about pinching different pressure points on the ear to treat aches and pains throughout a body.

The ear has different spots that have connections to the body. Without taking any medications, for the minor pains that come in, simply stick a clothespin on the area that connects to the area of pain. It sounds bizarre and highly questionable, but this is a fairly proven medical practice.

The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. Proponents believe that pressure applied to these areas affects the organs and benefits the person’s health.

There are 6 places on the ear that correspond with the body area.

1st – there is the back & shoulders located on the top of the ear. Put a clothespin on for about a minute and it will go away. Do this a few times a day to cut down on the muscles being sensitive.

2nd area involves the organs and the area is next to the first spot. This is for minor discomfort; more pain requires medicine or a doctor’s checkup.

3rd spot is for the joints and causes the most discomfort, and this is a more sensitive point of the ear.

4th spot that for the throat to treat soreness and some sinus relief, slowly settling the throat.

On the lobe’s top (5th), put the clothespin on to calm down on digestion. It can cut down on any upset stomach, nausea, or bloating.

Finally, the lobe itself (6th) can help for any heartburn or headache. Enough pressure there, just like sticking on an earring, can ease away the stuffy head and keep heartbeats calm.
