For anyone that has to buy their pecans instead of going out in the back yard and getting them straight from the tree, buy them on sale and put them in the freezer because you are going to want to make this again and again. This stuff is beyond delicious.Call Me PMC shares this recipe. When you remove it from the oven the center sets up as it cool down but after about 10 minutes is when we start on it.

We love to cut those first pieces while it is still warm and serve with a scoop of butter pecan ice cream (vanilla will do in a pinch). It satisfies the sweet tooth, the pecan hanker and the warm and cold together taste.
