This is a great article and I have used her recipe for pizza dough and it is am easy to use recipe and makes a great crust. I love that I can double or even triple the recipe and then freeze 2 parts of it. That way I only make dough once for 3 pizza nights.
The only thing I changed from what Annies eats does is when I go to brush the edges with the olive oil, I first mix in a little garlic powder. We love the garlicky tasting edges.
