Pickled Corn with Red Onions and Cilantro

A Southern Soul shares her recipe for pickled corn with red onions and cilantro. You don’t have to can it either. Just make it and put it in the fridge. She says it will keep up to a month. I don’t think it will keep that long at my house. I think first taco night and that stuff is going to disappear. Yummy
