Pickled Jalapenos (escabeche) Refrigerator Recipe

Mm. These pickled jalapenos are so good with any main dish if you want a little kick. I know I grew up thinking pickles were a good side for sandwiches but after I tried pickled jalapenos I was hooked. I really like the carrots pickled with them because with them you get the sweet of the carrot and the spice of the jalapeno.

Try this in an Italian beef sandwich next time you have one, absolutely delicious.
No recipes has the recipe for this and you don’t have to can them. They said the peppers will keep for a long time in the fridge.
