This recipe for polenta bites is so delicious you will want to make them again and again. They are rolled in italian breadcrumbs and cornmeal and then fried till crispy, yet the inside stays nice and creamy and you can add cheese or chilis or pretty much whatever you might like to the polenta before rolling the balls for a different flavor each time you make them.
