Pierogi (Polish Dumpling) who doesn’t love pierogi. I have had them filled with everything from cheese to sauerkraut but my favorite is potato and cheese pierogi. I usually serve them plain. Then I found this recipe from Mygourmetconnection. I am not serving them plain ever again. They shared their recipe for potato and cheese pierogi with a delicious sour cream, garlic, and chive sauce which takes mty favorite potato and cheese pierogi right over the top. Try it next time you make pierogi and you will probably never eat plain pierogi again either.
