The season of pumpkins is one the best seasons of the year. Falling leaves of different colors, harvesting time for some great goodies, cooler weather that’s welcome, and so much more to look forward to as we dive into the seasons of thankfulness and blessings.

One of the best parts of this season is the pumpkins since they’re just ripe and ready for us to transform them into any number of things. Home décor to jack-o-lanterns, we can also make the most of our pumpkins through pies, soups, and even breads. We even save the seeds for a wonderful snack through roasting and some seasonings.

Ingredients for:

~Cream Cheese Filling:

package cream cheese
granulated white sugar
large eggs
all purpose flour

~Pumpkin Bread:

toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)
all purpose flour
baking powder
baking soda
salt
ground cinnamon
ground nutmeg
large eggs
granulated white sugar
unsalted butter, melted and cooled
ounce can pure pumpkin
water
pure vanilla extract
