Fall is when pumpkin is in season so all of the pumpkin recipes come out. Here is one for a pumpkin spice dutch baby that is delicious. At my house we love dutch babies for breakfast on weekends. Most recipes I have seen call for nutmeg but I like to use cardamom. We really like cardamom at my house so I use it pretty much whenever I can.

Then I saw this recipe from Just a Taste and thought no way would a dutch baby rise and puff up with pumpkin in it and sure enough it won’t but her recipe has pumpkin pie spices in it so it would be like eating a pumpkin dutch baby. I am going to try this one on the weekend to see if my family likes it. It would be a nice one for fall and winter.
