Neat little trick from Gwylan over on instructables on how to quick start your cucumbers. I like that you end up planting a spouted seed instead of waiting a week or more for them to sprout in the cold ground.
Seems even easier that putting them in starter cups and there is no waste of starter soil. Pretty nifty.
