This recycled 5 gallon bucket fence wall DIY project is a way to bring down the cost of building materials for a normally cement plaster over concrete block wall fence. Chain link fencing holding the buckets in place as extra support and there are several different methods within the tutorial to anchor the fence wall into the ground. There are different parts of the United States where cement mortar fence walls are very common.
This type of wall fence can be an attempted  wind,  sound, and reptile barrier.

You can find 5 gallon buckets at bakeries, delis, construction sites, supermarkets, coffee shops, farm stores, soap makers, restaurants, kitty litter, school cafeterias, Craigslist and car washes are just a few ideas.
