Food Storage & SkillsRefrigerator Dill Pickles

Refrigerator Dill Pickles

If your garden is like mine this year, it just isn’t doing very much. Too cool and too much rain. If you planted cucumbers hoping to make a bunch of quarts of pickles and are not going to have as many as your thought here is a super easy way to make some refrigerator pickles with the cuckes you do have.

I love fridge pickles because they are fast to make, taste great and are usually crunchier than canned. MMm I love the pickled garlic on burgers.

Food in jars has this small batch recipe for making these refrigerator pickles.
