For anyone that makes cheese and would like to know how to make rennet. I do have to say that after seeing how the regular one is made I believe I will be using vegetarian rennet from now on, otherwise I am not sure I can eat cheese anymore. Biology clc uc edu has the how to for regular rennet and Ehow has the directions for making rennet out of stinging nettles. Good info to know in case you ever need it.
