I just found out on Rookno17Rookno17 that salad dressings from the store have wood pulp in them to prevent clumping. Okay now I have nothing against trees but I really don’t think I want to eat them on my salad.
Fortunately she also provides recipes for four different dressing to make at home. Using a lot less unpronounceable ingredients and she says that they only take about five minutes to make. I am sold and will no longer be buying bottled salad dressing.
I have a feeling her Southwest buttermilk recipe is about to become my new favorite.
