Save time and energy with the fenced chicken coop/garden

Make your garden and chicken coop work together with a fenced chicken coop/garden. The coop is built and the garden is to both sides of the coop. The chickens work one side while the other is sown with vegetables, the following year the reverse is done. So the chickens fertilize the bed they are ranging on making the ground fertile and loose from their scratching. John Silveira tells us about this method used by his father on Backwoods Home.
