This is a pretty skirt you can make in a really short time. It is a plain white elastic waist skirt that you then top with lace. It looks really pretty and you could make it any colors you wanted. For Christmas you might like gold under and white lace or green and red or the reverse of the pic with black skirt topped with white lace or maybe a couple different skirts. It is an easy pattern to follow and since there is no zipper or buttons almost anyone could sew this skirt and be wearing it in no time.
