My family loves spaghetti but I don’t like the red sauce. It just doesn’t agree with me. So I usually end up eating a sandwich or a bowl of cereal on the nights that I make spaghetti.
Then I found this delicious recipe from Kate-Diary of a blonde. This stuff is amazingly good and I now get to join my family in eating spaghetti on spaghetti. I love the garlicky taste and I do like cherry tomatoes so this fits perfectly at my house.
I use a bit more parmesan and I grate my own rather than use those shakers from the store. Did you know you can buy a block of parmesan and keep it in a freezer bag and just grate as needed? That is what I do, it thaws out perfectly as you grate it and I never have any dried out nasty lumps of parm to throw out.
I serve this with garlic bread on the side and I think I need to make extra because I am pretty sure left overs would be good and we so far have never had any of this dish left over. Its that good.
