I love the carrots that come in cans of jalapeno peppers and that you sometimes find on the relish trays at Mexican restaurants. I never even thought about making them, why I don’t know because as I said I love them. Here is a great recipe from Budget bytes so we can make our own. Yummy Plus they are fridge kept so no canning is required. We can just make a couple quarts when ever we run out.
